8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your package:

  • Is lost during transit

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos or videos of damaged products

  • Details regarding missing items
