RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Products returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Clearance sale, final sale, or promotional non-returnable items.

3. Category-Specific Return Guidelines

Kitchen Products

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damage

  • Incorrect product received

The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Home Décor Products

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item is delivered

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or handcrafted details may not qualify as defects.

Clothing & Apparel

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Original tags and packaging must remain intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, stains, perfume, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or contains missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos or videos of the damaged product

  • Details of the issue

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number along with supporting photos or videos.

  3. Our team will review your request.

  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

  5. The product must be returned within the timeframe specified by our support team.


6. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Additional processing time may be required by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only in the following cases:

8. Return Shipping
